At Shallowater Mobile Home & RV Park, we cater to the adventurers' spirit that fuels the RV lifestyle, offering flexible site rentals to match your travel rhythm. Whether you're just passing through or setting up for an extended stay in Lubbock, we have options that cater to your needs.
Rate Information
Our rates are competitively priced, providing the perfect balance of affordability and comfort. Our daily rate is an all-inclusive $40.00, offering complete access to our wealth of amenities with no hidden costs.
Planning a longer stay? Our weekly rate of $200.00, once again, all-inclusive, lets you soak in the serenity of our park and engage in our thriving community.
For our long-term guests, for which our Lubbock area RV park is best suited, our best value extends with a monthly rate of just $320, plus electricity usage, with a $50.00 electric deposit. The electric usage is billable on the 1st of each month, offering the convenience of city utilities such as water and sewer.
Please note that a one-month minimum stay is required for the monthly rate. The first payment for your stay is due when reserved. We require a copy of your driver’s license and a credit card on file for automatic payment on the 1st of each month.
Amenities
As part of the Shallowater community, you'll enjoy the comfort and security that comes with all-electric and natural gas utilities, individually metered for each site. Our on-site, 24/7 manager ensures that our common-sense rules are strictly enforced, helping maintain the tranquility and enjoyment of all our residents.
Weather safety is well taken care of with our two large storm shelters, while security is reinforced with criminal background checks on all residents aged 18 and above. City police and fire protection are just a call away, and on-site fire hydrants further enhance safety.
Your furry friends under 20 lbs. are welcome here, with a fenced 75'X25' dog exercise area for them to enjoy. Paved and lighted streets make evening strolls a pleasure, and a children's playground and basketball court add to the recreational offerings.

All reservations for extended stays require $50.00 and the first month’s balance is nonrefundable. A two-week notice is appreciated when departing.
